Our store policy is NO REFUNDS. We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit within 10 days of purchase.
No Refunds or Exchanges on Sale and Discount Items!! ALL Sales are Final!! Please carefully examine every stitch of the garment before each purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 10 days of purchase. We will not accept any item that is not in its same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. If we see any signs of wear, if the item has been washed, has an odor, or deodorant/makeup stains, you will not receive an exchange. Due to limited quantities, some of our items may be out of stock. If this were to ever happen, know that you will not receive an exchange but you will be given full store credit. We do not do any exchanges of items that are white, nor any other colors close to that shade. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the gift giver as a replacement and he or she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and exchanges as well. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
